The Challenge

The Challenge

Replacing conventional milk cartons meant rethinking the entire consumption system. The challenge was to design a starter kit that felt durable, intuitive, and premium - while clearly communicating sustainability, precise dosage, and functional benefits across multiple products and flavor variants.

The Process

We designed every element of the system from the ground up: a reusable glass bottle with integrated measuring guides, a precisely calibrated 10g dosage spoon, and a flexible pouch format for multiple blends. Material research led to the use of recyclable monoplastics and custom biocomposites made from PLA combined with finely ground oat processing leftovers - repurposing agricultural waste into durable, tactile components.
